COVID-19 Safety Measures

Your Safety is Our Priority at Hilton Daytona Beach Resort
While these are uncertain times, one thing is certain - as always, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members remain our highest priority as we continue to provide visitors to Daytona Beach with exceptional hospitality. Rest assured that we have taken every step to ensure a clean and hygienic environment throughout our hotel, encompassing common areas, guestrooms, restaurants, and meeting spaces. We have enhanced our already high standards for cleanliness with heightened sanitization protocols and improved safety measures driven by CDC, WHO, and OSHA guidelines to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

Public Spaces and General Areas
It all starts from the moment you step inside. We have contactless check-in and check-out through the Hilton Honors mobile app. Throughout the hotel, you'll find physical distancing reminders and floor-mounted markers to queue distance. Special attention is being given to public areas like the pool and fitness center, with improved sanitization guidelines, and we have also provided our team members with personal protective gear and enhanced training to ensure their well-being.

Guestrooms
From using hospital-grade disinfectant in all guestrooms to the removal of all loose guest room amenity items and discarding soap and shampoo on check-out status, we are leaving no stone unturned in our efforts to provide you with complete peace of mind. We have also added an extra measure of assurance by placing a room seal on doors to indicate to guests that their room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned.

Restaurants
Our onsite restaurants have designated attendants to wipe down all tables, chairs, surfaces with disinfectant after each use, and we have revised our dining room set up to enable social distancing. All our food and beverage staff are utilizing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves. We have also implemented a few simple but effective changes like eliminating buffet offerings, using smaller single-use menus, and replacing table amenities with single-use items.

Meetings and Convention Space
We are reviewing seating capacities and floor plans on an event-by-event basis to ensure compliance with physical distancing recommendations from the state, CDC, as well as Volusia County. We have new third-party vendor and contractor guidelines in place, and virtual site tours are now available for meeting planners. Our banquet service standards have also been revised, including operational and sanitation procedures for items such as linen and silverware.

As you and your loved ones begin to travel again, we want you to know that our dedicated team is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay at our oceanfront resort in Daytona Beach, Florida.

We look forward to welcoming you back!
