The Main Street District, home to annual events like Bike Week and Biketoberfest, as well as shops and restaurants, is just a few blocks away from the hotel.
The Historic Bandshell is adjacent to the hotel and hosts seasonal free outdoor concerts and the Daytona Peabody hosts symphonies, plays, comedians, and concerts year-round.
The hotel is in the heart of all of the attractions of beachside Daytona. Across the street is the Ocean Center Convention Center and Daytona Lagoon. The famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier is just steps from the hotel and the Ocean Walk Shoppes are connected to the northside of the hotel.
The Daytona Lagoon waterpark, directly across the street from the hotel, features tons of water slides, a lazy river, and indoor arcade and go kart racing.
Daytona Beach is perfect for surfing, beach biking, sailing, fishing, snorkeling and many other water activities. You can also find beach horseback riding, hiking, and waterparks within 30 minutes of the hotel.
Volusia Mall is less than five miles away on International Speedway, as is One Daytona, a retail and entertainment district. The Beach Street shops are a few minutes drive from the hotel, just over the Main Street bridge. Also, Tanger Outlets outlet mall is a just 15-minute drive away.
Daytona Beach is home to several museums including the Museum of Arts and Sciences, a children's museum, and the Halifax Historical Museum.
The hotel hosts live entertainment weekly including karaoke, jazz and reggae bands. There are also a number of local bars within walking distance that have bands nightly like the Ocean Deck restaurant, just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse is the area’s best steakhouse with the largest selection of fine wines. It is located in the north tower of the hotel.

We can customize any meeting package depending on your attendee count and meeting room requirements. The basic Meetings Simplified package includes room rental, Wi-Fi, all-day non-alcoholic beverage service, and meeting supplies.

Appointments are strongly recommended. Appointments assure that a Catering Sales Manager is available to meet with you and the space is available to view. Our Catering Sales Managers’ hours vary. Appointments are typically scheduled Mondays – Fridays, between 10am-4pm.

The client is responsible for decorating the ballroom or banquet room, minus the standard items that are included in the wedding packages. (Tables, chairs, ivory table linens and napkins, candle centerpieces, etc.)
Yes, a food tasting can be arranged for (2) guests. Additional guests may result in an additional fee. Menus for the tastings need to be approved (2) weeks prior to the selected date. Tastings are typically scheduled Tuesday – Thursday between lunch and dinner times at the Chef’s discretion.
Yes. However, fresh rose petals are not allowed directly on the carpet for any indoor event, as they can create stains. A runner or something else must be put down first to protect the carpet from damages or cleaning fees will be imposed.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted. All food and beverage must be purchased through the hotel. Our skilled culinary team can create a customized menu for your wedding, if you are looking for a personalized menu on your special day. Exceptions may be made for cultural dishes, provided by a licensed caterer. Please speak with your Catering Sales Manager for further information and requirements.

The hotel does not facilitate weddings directly on the beach; however, we can recommend wedding planners who specialize in beach ceremonies. Also, the county requires you to obtain a permit for weddings on the beach with 50 guests or more. See your Catering Sales Manager for more details.
Outdoor ceremonies are held on our Oceanfront Wedding Terrace. The Terrace can be rented in three-hour intervals.
We no longer offer ceremony-only weddings. We require all ceremonies to be in conjuction with lunch or dinner reception. Please speak with your Catering Sales Manager for further information and requirements.
Group discounting is available when guaranteeing (10) or more sleeping rooms with a contract. Once a block is setup, your guests will be able to make reservations online or over the phone with a special code. Please speak with your Catering Sales Manager about Courtesy Room Block options, as well.

Your wedding officiant can be a very personal choice, and one most often centered around your religious or cultural aspects. We do have many local resources to assist you in your search though, should you need it.

The hotel does not have a shuttle. Taxis are pretty readily available to take you to your desired location. Another popular option for our guests is to use a service such as Uber or Lyft, whose response time is typically much faster than a taxi service.
Even if you are having an outdoor ceremony, in our Gazebo or on one of our Terraces, an indoor location is always reserved on your behalf in case of inclement weather If, within 2 hours before the ceremony, you prefer to host your wedding indoors, simply let your Event Manager know and every effort will be made to accommodate you and your guests.
The hotel does not have an on-site wedding coordinator, but your Catering Sales Manager has resources for recommendations and referrals in this field. We require all weddings of 50 guests or more to have a liscenced + insured wedding planner.
